Having a technical, billing or sales problem, simply raise a support ticket and Possum Multimedia will investigate your problem and keep you up to date with steps being taken to resolve it.

Technical problems are covered by Possum Multimedia’s 30 Day warranty after which the cost of repair will be charged for at $15 per quarter hour. If a problem is likely to take longer that one hour to resolve we will send you an estimate of the cost to repair the problem and will only proceed on your instruction to do so.
