Create a Support Ticket

Having a technical, billing or sales problem, simply raise a support ticket and Possum Multimedia will investigate your problem and keep you up to date with steps being taken to resolve it.

Technical problems are covered by Possum Multimedia’s 30 Day warranty after which the cost of repair will be charged for at $15 per quarter hour. If your website is still under warranty or if the problem will take less than half an hour to repair. Possum Multimedia will proceed immediately to effect the repair. If a problem is likely to take longer that half an hour to resolve Possum Multimedia will send you an estimate of the cost to repair the problem and will only proceed on your instruction to do so.

Request an Upgrade or Modification

If you require an upgrade or modification to your website, simply raise a support ticket and Possum Multimedia will investigate the amount of effort required to implement the change.

Upgrades or modifications are charged for at $15 per quarter hour. Once we have an estimate of the effort required, Possum Multimedia will send you an estimate of the cost to implement the change and will proceed to implement it on written instruction by you to do so.
